What is in the app

• Short: ten-second word clips. The word is read, then its meaning, then an example sentence. Bookmark a clip to save the word; saved words play on their own from Home.

• Podcast: morning and night briefings and single stories, three to five minutes each, with a transcript that follows the voice. Tap a line to jump to it.

• Read: short passages read paragraph by paragraph.

• Recap: questions after a podcast or a passage, with explanations.

Nothing loads, or the list is old

Content comes from our server. Check your connection and open the app again; it fetches the new catalog on launch. Clips and episodes already shown may play from the cache, new ones need a connection.

I cannot hear anything

Check the media volume and the audio output, including a Bluetooth connection. For word clips, check that the speaker button on the clip is not muted. Podcasts keep playing when you leave the app or lock the screen.

Premium subscription

Reading passages, a daily number of new word clips and the first 60 seconds of every podcast are free; clips you have already watched stay open. Premium, monthly or annual, opens full podcasts and transcripts, Recap questions, the exam setting and new word clips without a daily limit. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

If your subscription does not show, tap Profile → Restore purchases with the same Apple Account. Removing the app or its data does not cancel the subscription.

Never send passwords or payment details to support.

My history or saved words are gone

They are stored on your device and mirrored to an anonymous account created for this installation. They are restored on the same device; there is no sign-in, so they do not move to another device. Clear history and Delete account and data remove them for good.

Report an error

Tell us the app version (at the bottom of Profile), the iOS version, the device and the steps. For a content error, add the clip, episode or passage and what is wrong. You may attach a screenshot after hiding personal information.
