These terms explain the scope of the information and visual material provided in the In Luck app.
Using In Luck
In Luck is a general informational guide to seasonal produce. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. By downloading or using In Luck, you agree to these terms.
Seasonal information
Season calendars summarize researched, typical market patterns. Actual harvest timing, quality, price, and availability vary by year, weather, cultivar, farm, production method, retailer, and location. The annual curve is a visual guide, not a guaranteed taste score, stock level, or live price.
Not professional advice
The app does not provide medical, nutritional, agricultural, food-safety, purchasing, or financial advice. Check labels, local guidance, allergies, and professional advice where relevant.
Content and intellectual property
The app, visual assets, seasonal artwork, text, brand, data presentation, and software are owned by Studio Undisturbed or used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, or create a competing dataset or product except where applicable law permits it.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the app or probe non-public systems.
Do not bypass access controls or use automated tools to extract the catalogue, media, or seasonal data.
Do not misrepresent In Luck content as a live inventory, price, safety, or availability guarantee.
Do not use the app in violation of law or another person’s rights.
Availability and service changes
Regions, ingredients, languages, media, widgets, and other features may be added, updated, paused, or removed. Countries marked Coming soon do not yet include a published seasonal calendar and cannot be selected until their content is ready.
Current and future access
All collections available in the launch version are free. References to In Luck+ describe a possible future offering and do not represent a product that can currently be purchased.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, In Luck is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or complete accuracy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under consumer law.
