In Luck is made for seasonal discovery, not tracking. The app does not require an account, run advertising, or build a personal profile. This policy explains the limited technical data involved in delivering the app.

Who we are

In Luck is provided by Studio Undisturbed. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@undisturbed.studio.

Information you provide

The app has no user account or sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment information in the app.

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include so that we can respond.

Settings stored on your device

Your selected region, language, app icon, first-run state, and downloaded content cache are stored locally on your device. Widget content is shared only with the In Luck widget through Apple’s App Group container. We do not use these preferences to identify you.

Content delivery and technical logs

In Luck downloads published seasonal data, images, and video from Supabase. Infrastructure providers may process technical information such as an IP address, approximate country inferred from the network, request time, requested resource, app-client information, and technical response or error information.

These logs deliver content, protect the service, diagnose failures, and maintain reliability. In Luck does not send an advertising identifier or a user account identifier with these requests.

How information is used

Limited technical information is used to deliver the catalogue and media, keep the service secure and available, diagnose content-delivery failures, and answer support requests.

We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or track activity across apps and websites owned by other companies.

Service providers

Supabase provides database, storage, and content-delivery infrastructure. Vercel or Framer may host public Studio Undisturbed product and policy pages. These providers process technical data under their own security, privacy, and retention practices.

Retention and your choices

Downloaded content and preferences remain on your device until the app or its data is removed. Providers retain technical logs according to their service and security practices. We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed.

You can remove local In Luck data by deleting the app and remove widget content by removing the widget.

Children and international processing

In Luck is a general-audience seasonal food guide and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Service providers may process technical data in countries other than the one where you use the app, subject to applicable safeguards.
