Calenish Terms of Service

This page explains how Calenish’s features and purchase options work; it does not replace that license or mandatory consumer rights.

Planning and responsibility

Calenish helps organize plans. Text recognition, natural-language interpretation, holiday data and suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Check dates, times, time zones, attendees and changes before relying on them. Notifications depend on your device settings, permissions and system availability. Calenish is not an emergency or safety-critical reminder service.

Your content and sharing

You keep rights to content you add. Only import or share content you are entitled to use. You choose attendees and calendar sharing permissions. Shared participants may be able to view or edit information according to those permissions. Do not use sharing to distribute unlawful content or infringe others’ privacy.

Free and Pro

Core planning on iPhone is free. Pro adds access to history older than 90 days, continued iPad and Mac editing after the app’s 14-day trial, and creation of family calendar shares. Future events are not limited by the history window. Older records are hidden, not deleted, when that Pro entitlement is unavailable. Joining a shared calendar is free. Existing shares are not automatically removed solely because Pro expires.

Annual subscription and lifetime purchase

An annual Pro subscription renews automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account. Apple shows the localized price and payment terms before you confirm. You can manage renewal in Apple’s subscription settings. A lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-consumable Pro entitlement, not an annual subscription. Restore eligible purchases using the same Apple Account. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

The app trial

The 14-day iPad and Mac editing trial is managed by the app. It does not require payment information and does not automatically turn into a paid subscription. After it ends, those platforms become read-only unless Pro is active. This is separate from any offer Apple might display at purchase.

Availability

Features depend on supported hardware, operating system versions, permissions and Apple services. iCloud sync and sharing require the appropriate Apple Account access and connectivity. On-device model availability varies. We may update the app and this information as features change. Nothing on this page excludes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

콘텐츠와 공유

추가한 콘텐츠의 권리는 사용자에게 있습니다. 사용할 권한이 있는 정보만 가져오거나 공유하세요. 참석자와 캘린더 공유 권한은 직접 선택합니다. 참여자는 권한에 따라 내용을 보거나 수정할 수 있습니다. 불법 콘텐츠 배포나 타인의 개인정보 침해에 공유 기능을 사용하지 마세요.

무료와 Pro

iPhone의 기본 일정 관리는 무료입니다. Pro는 90일보다 오래된 기록, 14일 앱 체험 이후 iPad·Mac 편집, 가족 캘린더 공유 생성을 제공합니다. 미래 일정에는 기록 기간 제한이 없습니다. Pro가 없으면 오래된 기록은 숨겨지며 삭제되지 않습니다. 공유 초대 참여는 무료이며, Pro 만료만으로 기존 공유가 자동 제거되지는 않습니다.

연간 구독과 평생 이용

연간 Pro 구독은 Apple 계정에서 해지하지 않으면 자동 갱신됩니다. 결제 확정 전 Apple이 표시하는 지역별 가격과 조건을 확인하세요. 갱신은 Apple 구독 설정에서 관리합니다. 평생 이용은 매년 갱신되는 구독이 아니라 일회성 비소모성 Pro 구매입니다. 동일한 Apple 계정으로 복원할 수 있는 구매를 복원하세요. 구매와 환불은 Apple이 처리하며 앱을 삭제해도 구독은 해지되지 않습니다.

앱 체험

iPad·Mac의 14일 편집 체험은 앱에서 관리합니다. 결제 정보를 요구하지 않으며 유료 구독으로 자동 전환되지 않습니다. 종료 후 Pro가 없으면 해당 플랫폼에서는 읽기 전용으로 사용할 수 있습니다. 구매 화면에 Apple이 표시할 수 있는 별도 혜택과는 구분됩니다.

이용 가능 여부

기능은 지원 하드웨어, 운영체제, 권한과 Apple 서비스에 따라 달라집니다. iCloud 동기화와 공유에는 적절한 Apple 계정 접근과 네트워크가 필요합니다. 온디바이스 모델의 제공 여부도 달라집니다. 기능 변경에 맞춰 앱과 안내를 갱신할 수 있습니다. 법률상 배제할 수 없는 권리를 이 안내로 제한하지 않습니다.
