Calenish Support

Email hello@undisturbed.studio with “Calenish” in the subject. Include the app version, device, operating system, and a short description of what happened. Remove private information from screenshots before sending them.

Add or change a plan

Use Add and enter a title with a date and time. Check the result. Open the event to adjust its details or type a change. Names in a title do not automatically create people or attendees. Add attendees using With, or explicitly ask to add someone as an attendee.

Sync across devices

Open Profile → iCloud Sync. Use the same Apple Account on your devices and check available iCloud storage and network connectivity. Follow any restart instruction shown in the app. Syncing is not instantaneous. Before deleting or reinstalling to troubleshoot, keep an export of important plans.

Restore or cancel Pro

Use Restore Purchases in the Pro screen with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Manage subscriptions or request refunds through Apple using the links below. App deletion and Erase All Data do not cancel an annual subscription.

Alerts and data

Check Profile → Alerts and system notification settings, including Focus. To export or erase app records, open Profile → Data. Erasing can propagate to iCloud when sync is active; exported copies and backups need separate management.

일정 추가·변경

추가에서 제목과 날짜·시간을 적고 결과를 확인하세요. 일정을 열어 세부사항을 누르거나 변경할 내용을 입력할 수 있습니다. 제목 속 이름은 사람이나 참석자로 자동 등록되지 않습니다. ‘함께’에서 직접 추가하거나 참석자로 추가해 달라고 명시적으로 입력하세요.

기기 간 동기화

프로필 → iCloud 동기화를 확인하세요. 기기에서 같은 Apple 계정을 사용하고 iCloud 여유 공간과 네트워크를 확인하세요. 앱에 재시작 안내가 나오면 따라주세요. 동기화는 즉시 완료되지 않을 수 있습니다. 문제 해결을 위해 삭제·재설치하기 전 중요한 일정을 내보내 두세요.

Pro 복원·해지

구매한 Apple 계정으로 Pro 화면의 구매 복원을 사용하세요. 구독 관리와 환불 요청은 아래 Apple 링크를 이용하세요. 앱 삭제나 모든 데이터 지우기는 연간 구독을 해지하지 않습니다.

알림과 데이터

프로필 → 알림과 시스템 알림 설정, 집중 모드를 확인하세요. 내보내기·삭제는 프로필 → 데이터에서 할 수 있습니다. 동기화가 켜져 있으면 앱 기록 삭제가 iCloud에 반영될 수 있습니다. 내보낸 사본과 백업은 별도로 관리하세요.
